A message from Chrissy, your Yoga teacher:"I invite you to come stretch and breath with me in an Easy Slow Stretch Yoga Class. I have loved teaching the past 6 years and have a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT certification. All you need is a comfortable space to stretch your arms and legs out, a yoga mat, and a blanket or towel. Give yourself the gift of rest and relaxation."
