The Weatherization Assistance Program is a nationwide effort to assist homeowners & tenants in improving the energy efficiency of their homes. GBCA provides this service for Bergen County residents. After your application is received, review and accepted, qualified crews of technicians are sent to repair and replace faulty windows and doors, install high-efficiency insulation and, if necessary, repair or replace boilers, furnaces and water heaters.
