Of the 37,843 people living in Fort Lee in 2020, 51.6 percent (19,511) were women and 48.4 percent (18,332) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Bergen News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 1,076. In the 65 and over age range, there were 5,335 females and 4,144 males.
