Census Bureau: More women than men in Hackensack in 2020

Of the 44,266 people living in Hackensack in 2020, 52.9 percent (23,400) were women and 47.1 percent (20,866) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the South Bergen News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 676. In the 65 and over age range, there were 4,309 females and 2,772 males.
