Greater Bergen Community Action is building a partnership of health providers to address the Social Determinants of Health in our region. And yesterday, Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. held a press conference in Garfield, NJ at what will be the Unity Health Partnership — a model of accessible, quality, and comprehensive care for the low-income, underserved and the underinsured to receive the kind of care everyone deserves.
