On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Teaneck Senior High School standout Luis Ramirez’s current college team, the UNC Pembroke Braves, won 19-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mercy Mavericks.

The game took place at Cal Ripken Experience. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 3:30 p.m. at Ray and Bea Dillard Field against North Greenville Crusaders.
