There were two gas stations in cities across Bergen County selling midgrade gas at the lowest price of $2.84 per gallon in the week ending Oct. 5, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of midgrade gas in cities within Bergen County was $3.52 per gallon.
Of the 352 reported gas stations in cities within Bergen County, 102 offer midgrade gas.
The average reported price of midgrade gas in New Jersey was $3.52, compared to $3.55 the week before.
Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.

Experts predict gasoline prices could drop below $3 this year before rebounding closer to $4 by year’s end. GasBuddy forecasted a national average of $3.38 per gallon, down from $3.51.
